BREAD BALLS

Ingredients :
üBread - 6 pieces
üCoriander leaves - chopped, as required
üCurd- 2 tbsp
üOnion - 1, small, chopped
üRice flour - 2 tbsp
üRed chilly powder - 1 tsp
üBlack pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
üBread crumbs
üSalt - to taste
üWater - if required
üOil - for frying
Instructions :
1. Blend to bread piece to fine powder.
2. To this, add coriander leaves, curd, onion, rice flour, red chilly powder, pepper powder and salt.
3. Knead thoroughly to get a smooth dough. Add water if required.
4. From the dough, make small lemon sized balls.
5. Coat these balls in bread crumbs.
6. In a hot frying pan, add oil.
7. Shallow fry the bread balls until golden brown in medium heat.
8. Bread balls are ready. Serve hot !!!
