                     CRISPY APPLE FRITTERS

Ingredients :

 Apple - 2, cut in cubes

 Refined oil

 melted butter - 2 tbsp


Dry ingredients:

 Maida - 1 1/2 cup

 Baking powder - 2 tsp

 Powdered sugar - 3 tbsp

 Cinnamon powder - a pinch

 Salt - to taste


Wet ingredients:

 Milk - 150 ml

 Egg white - 2

 Vanilla essence - two drops

 

Instructions :

1. In a bowl, Mix all the dry ingredients paste. Sift or whisk to get an even mixture.

2. In another bowl, add all the wet ingredients and mix thoroughly.

3. Add  the batter slowly to the bowl of dry ingredients. Fold well until you get a smooth yet thick batter.

4. Add the apple pieces.

5. Add melted butter.

6. Keep it aside for ten minutes.

7. Fry the batter: In a hot pan, add oil. When hot, scoop the batter portions slowly into the oil. Flip occasionally. Deep Fry until brown, at a low or medium heat to get a crispy crust and soft inside.

8. Apple fritters are ready. Serve hot !!!
