 Ingredients :

 Chicken - Boneless breast piece cut in cubes

 Maida - 1/2 cup

 Corn flour - 1/2 cup

 Milk - 2 tbsp

 Egg white - 2

 Bread crumbs - 2 cups

 Refined oil - for deep fry

 

For marination:

 Ginger paste - 1/2 tsp

 Garlic paste - 1/2 tsp

 Crushed chilies - 1 tsp

 Black pepper powder - 1 tsp

 Chaat masala - 1 tsp

 Red chilly powder - 1 tsp

 Lemon juice - 1/2 tsp

 Salt - to taste

 

 


Instructions :

 

1. Mix the ingredients for “marination 1” to a smooth paste. Pour this over the chicken pieces and marinate well.

2. Cover the marinated chicken bowl with a plastic wrap and keep it aside for half an hour.  

3. In a bowl, add egg white and milk. Mix thoroughly.

4. In a bowl, sift maida and corn flour together. Add a pinch of salt, red chilly powder and pepper powder to give a flavor for the coating.

5. Coat the chicken pieces in the maida corn flour mix, egg mix and bead crumbs respectively. To get a thicker and crispier coat, again dip the pieces in the egg mix and further coat them in bred crumbs

6. On a hot frying pan, add required oil. Fry the pieces until golden brown in heat.

7. Popcorn chicken is ready. Serve hot !!!
