TASTY POLKA DOT PUDDING

Ingredients :

 Bread - 6 nos.

 Milk -  3.5 cups

 Sugar - 1/4 cup

 Milk chocolate - 10 gm

 Vanilla essence - few drops

 China grass - 16 grams

 Cocoa powder - 1 tsp

 

 

Instructions :

Vanilla layer:

1. Cut the bread: Take 3 pieces of bread and cut its brown crust edge. Cut it into smaller pieces  

2. Blend: Blend together 1.5 cups of milk, cut bread, 1/4 cup sugar. Blend until smooth.

3. In a sauce pan, pour 1 cup of water and add 8 grams china grass. Melt until the liquid becomes transparent and without lumps.

4. Add the vanilla-milk mixture (2) and stir continuously in low heat until the mix becomes thick.

5. Add 2 drops of vanilla essence. Stir well.

6. In a plate, make some dots with the milk mixture using small measuring spoons. Keep it aside in room temperature.

7. Pour the remaining mixture into a pudding


Chocolate layer:

1. Cut the bread: Take 3 pieces of bread and cut its brown crust edge. Cut it into smaller pieces.

2. Blend together 2 cups of milk, cut bread, 1/2 cups sugar and 1tsp cocoa powder. Blend until smooth.

3. In a sauce pan, pour 1cup of water and add 8 grams china grass. Melt until the liquid becomes transparent and without lumps.

4. Add 10 grams of chopped/ grated milk chocolate. Stir until it dissolves.

5. Stir continuously in low heat until the mix becomes thick.


Setting the pudding:

1. Arrange the vanilla dots in the

2. Pour half of the chocolate mix

3. Demold and place the refrigerated vanilla mix on top.

4. Pour the rest of the chocolate mix.

5. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
